Nazmul Islam, our center focuses on delivering safe, modern, and effective surgical treatment tailored to each child’s individual needs.

Dr. Nazmul Islam completed his graduation (MBBS) from Sher-e-Bangla Medical College under University of Dhaka and obtained his Master of Surgery (MS) in Pediatric Surgery from Bangladesh Shishu Hospital & Institute under Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University in 2019.

Since joining Bangladesh Shishu Hospital & Institute in 2011, Dr. Nazmul Islam has gained extensive experience in pediatric surgery and pediatric urology. He currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatric Surgery at Bangladesh Shishu Hospital & Institute. During his years as a resident surgeon, he performed a wide range of emergency and routine pediatric surgical procedures with dedication and precision.

To further enhance his expertise in pediatric urology and hypospadias surgery, Dr. Nazmul Islam received advanced training in India under the guidance of world-renowned pediatric surgeon and pediatric urologist Dr. V. V. S. Chandrasekharam. He also had the opportunity to work with internationally respected hypospadias expert Dr. A. T. Hadidi, author of the acclaimed book Hypospadias Surgery: An Illustrated Textbook.

At Hypospadias Care Center, we provide comprehensive care for all types of hypospadias, from distal to severe proximal cases, including redo and complex hypospadias repairs. Our goal is to achieve the best possible functional and cosmetic outcomes while ensuring the comfort and confidence of both patients and families.
